Hi.Events can generate invoices for orders, which is useful for attendees who need receipts for business expenses or tax purposes.
How invoices work
When an order is completed, an invoice can be generated containing:

Order details and line items

Ticket types and quantities

Pricing breakdown (subtotal, taxes, fees, total)

Your organizer details and address

A unique invoice number
Configuring invoices

Go to Event Settings

Click the Payment & Invoicing tab

Configure your invoice settings:

Invoice prefix — customize the invoice number format

Company details — your business name and address (pulled from organizer settings)

Tax information — VAT number or tax ID if applicable
Downloading invoices
Invoices can be downloaded as PDF from two places:

Organizer side — open any order and click Download Invoice

Attendee side — attendees can download their invoice from their order confirmation page
Tip: Make sure your organizer address and any tax IDs are configured in Settings before your first sale, so invoices are complete from the start.
