Hi.Events provides reports at both the event and organizer level to help you understand your sales, attendance, and revenue.
Event-level reports
From within any event, click Reports in the left sidebar to access:

Daily Sales Report — revenue and ticket sales broken down by day, useful for spotting trends

Product Sales Report — breakdown by ticket type showing how many of each were sold and total revenue per type

Promo Code Report — which promo codes were used, how often, and how much discount was applied
Organizer-level reports
From the organizer dashboard, click Reports to see cross-event data:

Events Performance — compare sales across all your events

Revenue Summary — total revenue across all events

Tax Summary — total taxes collected

Check-in Summary — attendance rates across events

Platform Fees — total fees collected (if applicable)
Event dashboard stats
The event dashboard (the first page you see when opening an event) shows key metrics at a glance:

Total orders
-
Total attendees
-
Tickets sold vs. available
Exporting data
Most reports can be exported or downloaded for use in external tools like spreadsheets or accounting software.
Tip: Check the daily sales report in the days after launching ticket sales to see if your marketing efforts are driving purchases.
