Promo codes let you offer discounts to specific groups — early supporters, partners, or anyone you want to give a deal to.
How to get there

Open your event

Click Promo Codes in the left sidebar (under Ticketing & Sales)
Creating a promo code

Click + Create

Enter a code (what attendees will type at checkout, e.g. "EARLYBIRD")

Set the discount type:

Percentage — e.g. 20% off

Fixed amount — e.g. $10 off
Restrictions
You can limit how and when the code works:

Usage limit — how many times the code can be used total

Expiration date — when the code stops working

Applicable tickets — limit the discount to specific ticket types, or apply to all
Tracking usage
The promo codes list shows how many times each code has been used. Click on a code to see which orders used it.
Tip: Create different codes for different channels (e.g. "TWITTER20", "PARTNER10") so you can track which marketing efforts drive the most sales.
